Yesterday I...

swam a kilometre, with a 400m in there timed at 5:22. Then later I ran 11 laps around the soocer field at more of a tempo pace than usual, plus a warm down. And today I swam 5x200m (no specificz), plus 100kk. Now it's off to track for a real work-out.

Plus I'm biking everywhere out of the saddle cause I'm hardcore. PEACE

Monday, August 7

I feel like a retarted squirrel could train harder than me right now

So lately I haven't been doing much but watching track and resting, but I did go for a jog last night, and this evening, about 7 laps around the soccer field.LOL. Than I biked around with friends, basically out the saddle the whole time to feel a burn. Just trying to avoid any late season burn-out. I'll be quite fresh in Barrie.

Saturday, August 5

Sat. morn

Yesterday I went to pick up my bike. I figured I'd try running there. No ab pain, but my knees gave in. So I walked. Then after dropping my bike off at home, I went to do 5 laps around the soccer field. I finished them, with very little pain in the knees, and only a slight strain on my side. Maybe I'll run again on Sunday.

Then I went for a 1.1km swim at the JCC. Felt like crap, but at least I swam. Then it was off to the track for 5 hours to volunteer. Got up close with International competitors like Perdita Felicien, Kevin Sullivan*, Tyler Christopher and Anson Henry. Then I worked till 1AM, got home, slept, and now it's 12:30 pm on Saturday, and I'm trying to decide if I should work-out before I head back to the track. Na. I'll get enough exercise today.

Cottage

Went for roughly an 1800m swim in the lake at my cottage. Nothing special just swimming from point to point.

Decided not to run because my leg was bothering me. Had some weird cramps in the quad. They've cleared up now, but it's too late to run. I'll go tomorrow before I go to volunteer at the Canadian T&F Championships.

Wednesday, August 2

Lazy

Watched a movie instead of swimming. Uh oh. Two rest days in a row! Tomorrow is gonna have to be really tough! Though I did practice holding my breath under water all morning. Went for 1m5sec.

Still shouldn't run I don't think. I'm gonna try tomorrow, but I think it still needs some time.

Tuesday, August 1

Shamoo

Went for a quick swim at the docks in k-town today, bout 400m. The waves were a bitch. Mainly though, a rest day.

Went to the Frink's place. Started jammin' 'round 10:50, then hooked up with Brad's sista. Yea!!
