saving daylight

my mom didn't call me and coach craig didn't send us an email reminding us to flip our clocks forward on sunday. how are we supposed to stay on top of things if we don't have our mom's telling us about daylight savings and our own coach won't even send us an email? so we slept in sunday and missed the 11-1 swim. i was so rattled that i did nothing until 7. i can't get anything done in a 23 hour day.

the one positive to the time change was that instead of waking up for my night-time pee at an awkward hour of 4 or 5 am, i woke up to pee just in time for breakfast! this made me very happy because i can't fall back asleep once i've woken up to pee. so this one positive has made up for all the negatives of a time change!

this morning i swam and then lifted some iron! i feel inflated!

and now i'm drinking coffee so i'm using lots of exclamation marks! IF THE TRACK WAS CLEARED OFF I WOULD DEFINITELY RUN 20KM STEADY ON IT RIGHT NOW! AND THEN I'D RUN 1.1KM A LITTLE BIT SLOWER AND FINISH UP IN ABOUT 75 MINUTES FOR A DECENT HALF MARATHON TIME! I JUST WROTE ALL THAT HOLDING DOWN SHIFT BECAUSE I FORGOT THAT CAPS LOCK EXISTED! CAPS LOCK SHOULD ALSO WORK ON NUMBER KEYS SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO TURN IT OFF TO DO EXCLAMATION MARKS11111111
